Q: Why are infant probes not included in the package? A: We offer two product options: one with a device and an adult probe, and another with a device, an adult probe, and an infant probe. Please choose the option that best suits your needs.

Q: The device keeps beeping/alarming all the time, and it's very noisy. What should I do? A: 1. When the pulse sounds, press the "PULSE" button to turn off the sound. Press it again to turn it back on when needed. 2. When the alarm sounds, press the mute button in the lower left corner to turn it off. Press it again to turn the alarm sound back on.

Q: I'm unable to charge the device via the base. A: There is a magnetic connection between the device and the base. If the magnet has been displaced, simply take it off and put it back on, then try charging again.

Q: I'm unable to record data for an entire night. A: The device can store up to 300 data sets per user. To record data for the entire night, go to "MENU RETURN" - "Record Mode" and select "Trend 05M" or a longer interval.

Q: The reading is lower than the set value, but there's no alarm. A: Possible reasons: 1. The mute mode is turned on, which can be checked by the mute icon on the left side of the screen. 2. SpO2 and PR alarms are turned off in the "Alarm Setting" menu. 3. The "Alarm Volume" is set too low to be heard.
